We like beer.  Steve brews it, I help.  We both like to travel for good and interesting beer; we both like the culture and history of beer-making.   Between the two of us, we have learned a lot about beer and we love to share our beer experiences and opinions with our friends.  Thus, this blog.  Scholarship, at its best, can be defined as a contagious enthusiasm for a body of knowledge and experience .
